Why ITABWODI

Growing up on a farm in Central Illinois had its challenges, but my Grandpa Menold knew that and taught us to always ask "Is there a better way of doing it". This was edged ("ITABWODI") on the grain bin in orange marker that we would tap first thing before we would go feed the pigs and start our day. It was staring at us on hot days where we could see it when we hit a road block. Farming was not all about hard work but about working smarter. These hard learned truths are etched in my mind and heart forever and I will never be the same!
